  • When you engage us we do all of the spade work of upgrading your existing agreements and assuring a smooth sale because you are hiring not just a broker to get the highest price, but a highly experienced lawyer.  That way it’s one commission and no legal bill, and that will save you thousands of dollars.
  • There are plenty of fly-by-night companies that say that they will bring you a buyer with an attractive offer.  But can they negotiate not only price, but the terms and conditions that can make a sweet deal?  Usually not.
  • We examine a deal line-by-line to make sure the gotchas are gone and the price will hold so that your reasonable expectations are met.

  • One of the biggest problems facing local governments that own towers is whether to allow co-location by commercial entities and, if so, what should be charged.  We have witnessed scores of bad deals entered into by local governments which just lack the industry knowledge to cut the right deal for them.
  • Schwaninger consulted to the United States General Services Administration staff when the federal government started leasing space on towers and rooftops during the Clinton Administration, and he has been helping local governments ever since.

  • A failed negotiation for land can create nightmares for the next 30 years and for less than what the deal should have been worth to you.  Don’t let tower builders take advantage of you. Guard against encroachment, disturbance, and trespass, while earning good passive income for you and your family.
